What we do:
WANAKA WHISKY CLUB
With over 150 whiskys in our boutique bottle shop, we have tested every single one & now have over 50 available by the glass! We stock an exceptional range of whiskys from all corners of the (Whisky producing) world; from rare, hard to find single malts to bourbons and locally distilled blends.
We gather our friends that share our passion for everything Whisky six times a year- generally on the last Wednesday of the month. Each whisky event has a unique theme and is hosted by one of our malt loving colleagues. Tickets go fast so if you would like the opportunity to attend, join our mailing list now!
TASTINGS
Our Tastings take place in 2 different formats... Our flights of alcohol can be enjoyed at any time, at your leisure OR, for private group tastings we offer a completely exclusive option.
Tasting Paddles
A selection of four wines/ spirits or beers are pre selected by our passionate team.
The wines showcase the cool wine growing climate and the terroir which what makes Central Otago wines so unique. This beers showcase the talented brewers within a 10km radius of Wanaka. We also offer 3 tasting paddles featuring spirits, with 2 showcasing the world and the Cardrona paddle featuring 4 of our favourites from our closest distillery.

Private Wine Tastings
Explore the world of wine by tasting four wines from different countries while sampling one of our charcuterie & cheese platters.
We give you the opportunity to select four wines from one country, region or the opportunity to travel the world by selecting a wine (varietal) from four different countries.

PEMBROKE WINE CLUB
Six times a year, we gather to delve deeper into the world of wine in our exclusive Club... Simply sign up to our mailing list to be one of the first to find out.
For each evening, we invite an esteemed wine professional; from winemakers to viticulturalists to share their knowledge and explore a variety of themes while sampling a collection of wine.
Our themes range from regions to varietals & countries. We always include nibbles to compliment the wines you are enjoying.
