Updated: Jul 5, 2023

Dry July at Pembroke

Dry July can be hard enough as it is - even without this dreaded inversion layer! If you're looking for a way to get out from under the clouds, why not come and enjoy a tasting of some of our brand new 0% offerings from AF Drinks and Naked Bru? Read on to find out more.

Our Dry July fridge is full of more 0% alcohols from beers, wines, cava and more. Make this Dry July way more fun with Pembroke Wines and what we have to offer. Thank you to all who attended our special Prophet's Rock tasting with Paul Pujol last month - it was an amazing evening! We're now offering more wines from Prophet's Rock in our tasting paddles, so if you missed out on the event, come to our tasting room to enjoy.

News from our bottle shop & lounge bar

Introducing Red Tussock Venison

If you have been to one of our tasting events, you've already tried this special venison. Troy's brother is the owner of Red Tussock, an Otago-based business supplying South Island sourced, wild red reer gamemeat. Wild deer are responsibly sourced from remote forests and high country, pristine natural environments largely unspoilt by man.

We love it so much, and have been asked so many times where you can buy it. We're happy to now have the answer: it's available at Pembroke Wines! Pop in-store and grab a tenderloin fillet, perfect for searing quickly, great for carpaccio, medallions or adding slices to salads. Available fresh or frozen in-store.

Mulled gin is in for winter

More of a gin than a wine person, but still feel like something warm and spicy when the weather turns cold?

Dunedin Craft Distillers delightful mulled gin is now available on our winter menu, by the glass or to takeaway. Come and try it!
